APG LPU Series Loop Powered Ultrasonic Sensors

The LPU-2428 is a microprocessor controlled ultrasonic sensor designed for measurement of volume and flow. The built-in microprocessor incorporates formulas for a wide variety of industry-standard weirs, flumes, and tanks. Users can select flow rate units of per second, per minute, per hour, or per day. Standard volume units include cubic feet, millions of cubic feet, cubic meters, gallons, and liters.

The LPU-2428 is recommended in hazardous locations. Recommended barrier is the Stahl 9001/51-280- 110-141.

The LPU-2127 sensor uses ultrasonic technology to provide a non-contact method of determining distance or level measurements. This versatility makes the LPU-2127 ideal for a variety of applications. The color/translucency, dielectric constant, specific gravity or viscosity of the target does not affect an ultrasonic sensor. Ultrasonic sensors function extremely well in harsh environments, are reliable, and require little or no maintenance.
